Last month’s Skin Organics Clean Beauty Box contained some truly beautiful products that were perfect for the seasonal change including a relaxing candle, selection of nourishing skincare and a bath time treat that is already a favourite within my self-care routine…

September’s box had a Sunset theme that was perfect as the nights begin to draw in and we find ourselves needing to pamper our skin a little bit more as the Autumn weather and central heating begins to take its toll. I was very happy to see some new to me brands, as well as some firm favourites that I couldn’t wait to explore further. Here is a brief round-up of my experiences so far with some truly beautiful products that have certainly made an impact upon my beauty routine…

Ezape Naturals: Lavender & Chamomile Bath Salts

The latest member of the Ezape Naturals family are a nourishing treat for the skin and a relaxing influence on the senses as the lavender and chamomile blend fills the bathroom with the most delightful scent.

What I love most is that even when my skin is feeling irritated, or my eczema has flared up, these bath salts instantly soothe and moisturise the skin which is perfect for the seasonal change. You can find my full review of Ezape Naturals Lavender & Chamomile Bath Salts here if you’d like to find out more about my experience.

Help Me Organics: It’s Way Past My Bedtime Candle

I’ve tried a few Help Me Organics products in the past and have always been impressed by their performance, and my experience with their candle has been no exception.

The candle is housed in a lidded aluminium tin and is clean burning with a soy wax base, cotton wick and essential oil blend that has been formulated with sleep in mind. The blend contains some beautiful relaxing aromas, with lavender, eucalyptus, petitgrain and ginger which is not only calming yet also incredibly warming too.

This for me is the perfect scent for Autumnal, cosy evenings winding down before bed. The scent is rich in ginger and eucalyptus as it begins to burn yet as the scent starts to fill the room, lavender and petitigrain work their way to the forefront where all four scents work together in harmony. This is certainly a candle that is perfection for this time of year and as we are living in a world full of uncertainty at the moment, is really has helped to calm my mind before sleep.

Fais Botanicals: Kiss It Lavender & Chamomile Lip & Skin Balm

There is nothing I love more than a balm within my skincare routine and they certainly don’t get much better than this.

I have found myself reaching for Fais Botanicals Kiss It Lip & Skin Balm everyday since my box arrived as not only do I love the delicate lavender and Chamomile aroma, soft balm texture and stylish packaging but it has been a skincare saviour for my chapped lips, dry patches across my cheeks and even some eczema i’ve been experiencing around my nose.

It is soothing, intensely nourishing and a lovely addition to my skincare routine. As the balm has a soft texture rather than a silky, smooth one, it doesn’t leave my skin looking too shiny – only dewy and fresh in its appearance. My experience with this, and other Fais Botanicals products, has only been positive so far and I cannot wait to explore their range further in the not-so-distant future.

Nuori: Vital Eye Cream

I love exploring eye creams as it is so difficult to find formulations that are effective and lightweight enough to use around the eye area. Thankfully, this addition to the Skin Organics Clean Beauty Box was a real triumph, with an all-round performance that has not disappointed. Nuori are a new-to-me-brand and from this experience, it won’t be the last time I try their products.

The Vital Eye Cream has an incredibly light texture yet is intensely moisturising and hydrating for the under eye area, which is perfect for me as I have both a dry and dehydrated skint type. The eye cream contains some truly beautiful ingredients including hyaluronic acid, aloe vera and shea butter and is formulated to help reduce the first signs of aging, restore the skin’s natural moisture levels and deliver antioxidant protection. So far, I have to say that it has been a lovely addition to my skincare routine and I can’t wait to see if it delivers on all of its promises when used over a longer period of time.

Organic Works: Lavender Shower Gel

Organic Works is another new-to-me-brand and yet again, I find myself eyeing up the rest of the range based upon my experience with their Lavender Shower Gel. The lavender is aroma is intense yet perfectly balanced for a relaxing, calming shower experience that is gentle on even the most sensitive skin.

The shower gel has a lovely lather, with a little gel going an incredibly long way making it exceptional value for money. I loved how it made my skin feel clean, fresh and left a subtle lavender scent on my skin after use. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a body wash/shower gel rather than a soap bar, and I will definitely be checking out more of their products very soon.
