|AD – PR Product| Autumn is my favourite time of the year so when last month’s edit of The Natural Beauty Box was seasonally themed, I couldn’t wait to try out the products that promised to be perfect for Autumnal skin…

The Autumn Allure collection contained 4 products that are perfect for the cooler weather, helping skin through the transitional period that can reap havoc with moisture levels and radiance. The box had a value of £63.00, making it incredible value for money, and even though I was already familiar with two of the brands featured, all the products were in fact new-to-me so I couldn’t wait to share my initial thoughts and first impressions…
BAO Skincare: Body Wash (Was £21.00, Now £9.00)
I am a big fan of BAO Skincare and their Body Wash certainly didn’t disappoint. The refreshing aroma of lemongrass and mandarin made this perfect for early morning showers, awakening the senses and leaving skin feeling incredible fresh for the rest of the day.

I loved that my skin feel clean without any dryness, just leaving it gently cleansed and incredibly soft after use. What I personally enjoyed was the way in which the gel-like texture formed a gentle lather on the skin as it gave the body wash a luxurious feel with a very little product. Unfortunately, BAO Skincare are discontinuing their bodycare range so this Body Wash isn’t going to be around for long. It is currently heavily discounted over on their website so if you’d like to try this for yourself, you’ll have to hurry as i’m sure that stock won’t last long!
Eloise Hall: Optimism Hand Cream (£15.00)
I have a love/hate relationship with hand cream as I often find them greasy, sticky and just not very pleasant. Thankfully, my experience with Eloise Hall’s Optimism Hand Cream has been incredibly positive, with none of the traits I usually dislike.

The hand cream has a beautiful rich and creamy texture yet is incredibly adsorbent and sinks into the skin with ease. The scent is perfectly balanced, with mandarin and geranium giving the hand cream its signature uplifting scent which dissipates nicely on the skin. My hands have been reaping the nourishing properties of the Optimism Hand Cream as it has improved the dry patches on my fingers and left my hands feeling instantly softer after use. I would certainly repurchase this in the future as not only is the cream great on the skin and senses alike, but the pump bottle makes application incredibly easy and hassle free.
Upcircle: Face Scrub (£14.99)
Upcircle are a brand who pride themselves on their ethical ethos and products that are incredible effective, all without costing the Earth. As an existing fan of the brand, I can honestly say that I certainly wasn’t disappointed with the Face Scrub that featured in The Natural Beauty Box last month as it delivered great results.

The Upcircle’s Floral Blend Face Scrub is a coffee scrub that is designed with sensitive skin in mind thanks to a blend of skin loving ingredients that creates an incredibly gentle, nourishing exfoliator. The floral blend lingers in the background of the coffee aroma to give it a light scent that makes it a pleasure to use. My skin is left feeling incredibly smooth and supple after use and my complexion looks brighter in its appearance. I also used this on my arms where I had some areas of eczema that were freshly healed and I must say this was so helpful as it eradicated dryness but was so gentle that it didn’t damage the skin. I would certainly add this to my list of amazing Upcircle products and wouldn’t hesitate to repurchase.
Vanilla & Wild: Caramel Pumpkin Botanical Facial Oil (£12.00 – Limited Edition for Autumn)
I am always excited to try a new brand and Vanilla & Wild’s limited edition Caramel Pumpkin Botanical Facial Oil has certainly left me wanting to try more. Caramel Pumpkin is the scent of Autumn, with a warming aroma of vanilla and clove that treats the senses as well as the skin.

Vanilla and clove work in harmony with the 5 nourishing oils that protect, boost radiance and keep your skin deeply moisturised throughout the day. The oil itself is rich yet highly absorbent, sinking into the skin after a few minutes and leaving it intensely nourished – even in the cooler weather. I have a very dry skin type and have already noticed that the dry skin around my nose and on my forehead has improved and is certainly less flaky. This limited edition Caramel Pumpkin Botanical Facial Oil has been an Autumnal delight to use and I cannot wait to see the longer term results after several weeks of use throughout the rest of October.

Yet again, The Natural Beauty Box has wowed me with a beautiful curation that has delivered great results for the time of year. This box never disappoints with its great value edits that are perfectly themed for the contents and a great way to discover new brands and products that are all cruelty-free, natural and vegan friendly.
