|AD – PR Product| Powdered beauty products are certainly growing in popularity recently thanks to their sustainable credentials that makes them an ethical choice for a greener beauty routine. The reasons why we should be opting for powdered, waterless products is simple; they are incredibly good value for money, better for the environment and are great on skin and hair too. Did you know that conventional wash-off beauty products only contain 20% active ingredients? This means that many of us are paying for 80% water with each cleansing product we purchase which is bad for our bank balance as well as the planet. Thankfully brands such as Inclusev London are breaking boundaries when it comes to waterless products, formulating powder to foam skin and hair care that contain 100% natural, active ingredients that are sustainable and effective…

Inclusev London are a brand all about transparency, sustainability and inclusivity with a gender-neutral range that is made in small batches and housed in biopolymer bottles generated from sugarcane. Their ‘Add Aqua’ collection includes a Powdered Face Wash, Body Wash, Hand Wash and Shampoo, all of which activate with a little water to create a gentle lather that is kind to skin and hair.
Inclusev London: Powdered Face Wash (£12 – £24)
I am not usually a fan of facial washes as I find they tend to leave my dry skin feeling a little tight yet Inclusev London’s offering is certainly an exception. The lovely powder to foam formulation is gentle yet effective at cleansing the skin, leaving it feeling soft and smooth after use without any dry patches or feeling of tightening. The Powdered Face Wash contains some truly beautiful ingredients including coconut milk, kaolin clay, white willow bark, rosehip, hibiscus & orris root that help to gently exfoliate the skin, hydrate and boost radiance, all while ensuring that the skin is clean and fresh after use.

The lemon and spearmint aroma is fresh and zesty, making it perfect for awakening the skin in your AM routine or refreshing your face during the day after your workout or gardening session. If you enjoy a facial wash, but are looking for a more sustainable option, then Inclusev London certainly have you covered.
Inclusev London: Powdered Body Wash (£11 – £22)
Even though I love using soap bars, I am also partial to using a liquid body wash in the shower which made me excited to try this Powdered Bodywash to see how it compared. The powdered formulation lathered quickly and easily, with a little powder going a very long way while performing just as well as any liquid body wash i’ve used in the past.

The nourishing, calming formulation, which contains oatmeal, kaolin clay and hibiscus, left my skin feeling soft and supple after every use, with a lovely luxurious aroma of cedarwood, lavender and frankincense that is a treat for the skin and senses alike.
Inclusev London: Powdered Hand Wash (£11 – £20)
If the past few years has taught us anything, it is that handwashing is more important than we could have ever imagine. Thankfully, Inclusev London’s Powdered Handwash effectively cleanses the skin with a naturally antibacterial formulation that kills germs yet isn’t drying in any way.

The powder is surprisingly easy to use, and with such a small amount of powder going a very long way, it lasts an incredibly good amount of time too. The Coriander, Lemongrass & Tea Tree Oil scent isn’t overpowering in any way, just giving the skin a subtle freshness that dissipates gradually after use. This has actually been one of my favourite products out of the entire range as it has really upgraded my handwashing routine for the better and has been a product that friends and family have also been impressed by too.
Inclusev London: Powdered Shampoo (£12 – £22)
I absolute love plastic free haircare although, having thick, longer-length hair, finding the good ones can sometimes be problematic. Inclusev London’s Powdered Shampoo is the first time that i’ve used a loose powder shampoo yet it performs just as well as the shampoo bars I know and love. As with the skincare range, the shampoo lathers beautifully with a little water to deeply cleanse the hair and leave it feeling clean, fresh and full of life.

The ingredients have been specially selected to help strengthen and soften all hair types, ensuring there is no build-up for locks that are full of vitality and shine; something which I have definitely experienced after several weeks of use. I have even found this incredibly effective after using a hair and scalp oil before washing and it still performs and so unique for a shampoo, yet the zesty, spicy freshness makes for a lovely pampering experience with each wash.

It is safe to say that Inclusev London are really breaking boundaries when it comes to creating ethical, sustainable formulations that deliver exceptional results every time. I love that the biopolymer bottles allow me to use the products in the shower without the fear of glass bottles breaking or falling over, and that the lightweight packaging in multiple sizes makes for great travel options too. It is rare to find a brand whose entire range of products are sustainable in both ingredients and packaging, with each product from their capsule collection working wonders with each use. The best news is that all the skincare products from the range have alternative scents so not only is there something for everyone but you will also never get bored of the same scent profiles.
If you’re looking for sustainable hair and skincare then Inclusev London is certainly the brand for you. You can find out more about the brand’s ethos and product range over on their website here.
