Designed in London, this British make-up brand was originally created for professional make-up artists. Their bold and vibrant colours suit all moods and occasions and not only appeal to professionals and celebrities alike, but also the everyday women with a love of all things beauty.

Surprising, this was my first experience of the Lola brand. I had heard great things about their products and was so excited to see it featured in my latest Libbie Club Box.

All Lola products are all free from parabens and are cruelty-free. They are also suitable for all skin types and due to the vast array of shades and products available, there is something for everyone! The packaging their products are simple and stylish, which reflects upon the brand’s values, and this makes them perfect for women of any age.

I received a beautiful dark brown mono eyeshadow in shade 018, which has a subtle glitter running through it. Used dry, it blends well and has a nice colour pay-off. Despite it being quite a soft shadow, it doesn’t have too much fall down and lasts all day without creasing. If you’re looking for something with wow factor then you really need to use this shadow wet. It becomes intensely pigmented and the glimmer, which was initially subtle, now gives the eyelid an almost foiled effect.

If you’re looking for an affordable and versatile product this Christmas and New Year then look no further than Lola Satin eyeshadows. As the party season is fast approaching, check out this exclusive Libbie Club offer. You’ll receive two satin eyeshadows for just £17.00, making them perfect gift for a beauty enthusiast (or a pre-Christmas treat for yourself!). I am thrilled with the results and can’t wait to try more Lola products in the future!
