Happy April Everyone! My first post of the month is a product from one of my favourite skincare brands – Guiltless Skin. If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll have noticed that I’ve been working my way through their extensive range of products and am yet to find one I don’t like! If you’re not familiar with Guiltless Skin, you can find out everything you need to know here.
I previously reviewed Guiltless Skin’s Cleansing Oil last year, but since then, the product has had a revamp after the brand received organic status from The Soil Association.
The Organic Cleansing Oil is still the same effective cleansing oil and make-up remover for sensitive skin as it was before, yet it is now more organic (98% to be exact) and still contains the same skin loving ingredients of jojoba, safflower and grapeseed oil. This is where the similarities end, as the cleansing oil now comes in an airless pump to prevent contamination and is available in a range of size and price options and includes a gorgeous double-sided face cloth. The cloth itself is on the larger side, and contains muslin on one side for exfoliation and a super-soft side for make-up removal for even the most sensitive skin types. It is the perfect partner to the cleansing oil, which is also lighter and more liquid than it’s predecessor and if possible, is nicer than the old formula. I love how the oil itself is unscented and leaves your skin feeling nourished and highly moisturised. It doesn’t cause any dryness or tightening of the skin, and doesn’t sting eyes when removing stubborn eye make-up.
I absolutely love Guiltless Skin cleansing products, as they really deliver on their promises. This new and improved Organic Cleansing Oil is my current go-to oil cleanser, and is one of the best I’ve found to remove make-up and leave skin feeling soft, smooth and incredibly clean. If you’re looking for an organic cleanser which is natural, cruelty free and vegan friendly, you will certainly want to try this out.
