Another month and another Latest in Beauty box of delights! This month’s picks were so difficult as there were so many great items to choose from.
Not only did I choose 3 gorgeous products, but the lovely people at LIB also gave me some Urban Veda samples too!
Item One: Senspa Sleep Therapy Bath Soak
Senspa is a 97% natural brand that creates products that are free-from animal testing, animal ingredients, parabens, mineral oil and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. As Senspa are a spa in the New Forest, you know their products can be trusted and are guaranteed to give you spa-treated skin within the comforts of your own home. This relaxing bath soak contains lavender, bergamot, patchouli and geranium to relax both your body and mind (and make your skin smell amazing too!). It creates a gorgeous foam in the bath, and doesn’t cause any skin irritation. I’m so impressed that I’m definitely going to be trying more from their range.
Item Two: Aurelia Probiotic Skincare Miracle Cleanser
I’ve used Aurelia products in the past and love the quality and revolutionary technology that makes the skincare as good as it can possibly be – all while maintaining that every ingredient is 100% ethically sourced. This miracle cleanser, which also comes with an anti-bacterial bamboo muslin cloth, is suitable for all skin types and is free from parabens, mineral oils, and colorants to name a few. The creamy-textured cleanser smells fresh and invigorating and works into the skin nicely. After removing with the lovely, soft muslin cloth, my skin felt cool and tingly, and incredibly clean and ready for the day ahead. What is most impressive about this miracle cleanser is that the ingredients ensure that skin doesn’t lose any moisture, so it will never feel tight or dry, just beautifully cleansed and hydrated. Aurelia may not be the cheapest brand on the market however the products are worth every penny – I can’t wait to try more!
Item Three: PHB Organic Lip Crayon in Pink
This was my first experience of using PHB Ethical Beauty products but it certainly won’t be my last! PHB are a family run business specialising in natural, organic and ethically sourced products which are all handcrafted. They are all cruelty free, vegan, alcohol free and award winners in their own right. This lip pencil is in a beautiful mauve-pink shade and is 100% matte. Despite it being a natural make-up product, it is highly pigmented and the formula applies beautifully thanks to the natural plant oils and waxes that also keep lips from drying out. The colour lasted really well, even when eating and drinking, and maintained it’s colour all day. If the lip liners are this good, I can’t wait to try out their other products too!
Samples – Urban Veda Exfoliating Facial Polish
I absolutely love Urban Veda, and am never without their hydrating toners (if you haven’t tried them , I highly recommend you do!). These facial polishes have a lovely texture which has the perfect balance of exfoliation without being too abrasive. They both smell amazing and left my skin feeling soft, smooth and generally brighter. I’ll certainly be investing in these in the not-so-distant-future!
So there you have it, my November Picks. If you didn’t see my review last month, you can check it out here.
