I recently placed my first order with Made by Coopers, a clean beauty brand based right here in the UK. They create an extensive selection of products which are all natural, organic, vegan-friendly, fairtrade and made in small batches to ensure that the highest quality items are created. My order arrived promptly and well packed, and I couldn’t wait to try out my items…

Bath Salt Blend Set in Travel Size

I’ve been loving bath salts recently, and really liked the sound of this try-me selection of bath salt blends. The set of three bath salts contains a combination of  Himalayan, dead sea and Epsom salts, as well as essential oils and botanical ingredients, to create bath time treats which not only smell amazing, but also makes your skin look and feel great. Each blend comes in a 100g resealable pouch to ensure that the salts stay fresh, dry and ready for use. The packaging is also fully recyclable, so it is also great for the environment too.

Eucalyptus and Rosemary

As you can imagine, the scent as you open the bag is intense, with the eucalyptus being the predominate fragrance. Designed to relax and unwind the mind, as well as relieve any aches and pains, it certainly delivers as a long, hot bath leaves your body feeling rested and your head feeling clear. My skin also felt lovely and soft, and the scent remained on my skin for sometime after use. This is the perfect product if you’re feeling under the weather with cold,  and is also great to relieve tensions after a long, hard day.

Citrus Matcha

Matcha is certainly an amazing detoxifying product, and along with citrus and ginger, is incredibly energising too. This powerful antioxidant blend soothes the skin and rids the body of toxins. My skin felt lovely after a long soak and the fragrance is so uplifting, making this the perfect treat for daytime baths or when you just want an energising boost to your pamper routine.

Vanilla Rose

If you’re looking for the ultimate pampering experience, this one is certainly the blend for you! The scent of rose from the tiny petals that float in the water, alongside the subtle sweetness of vanilla, makes bathtime such a calming experience. It’s great to soften and smooth dry skin, which I personally felt the benefit of, and leaves skin smelling of delicate rose.

Available in the Bath Salt Blend Set (3 x 100g – £10), Individual Travel Size (1 x 100g – £5.00) or Full Size (1 x 400g – £14.00).

Blood Orange & Mango Body Scrub

I love a good body scrub and this large jar of scrub, made with mineral rich salts, organic plant butters and essential oils, certainly didn’t disappoint. Mango butter gives the scrub its anti-aging quality, as it’s high in Vitamin A, C and E, to help fight free-radicals and slow the aging process. Cane sugar, Himalayan salt and dead sea salt also promote cell renewal the give the scrub the ultimate texture to buff away dead skin cells. Finally, coconut oil and avocado oil hydrates and moisturise the skin, which sounded like the perfect product for a dry-skinned girl like me! Unlike a lot of other scrubs, you rub this into the skin to exfoliate, and then leave it on your body for 5 minutes before rinsing to reveal soft and supple skin which feels intensely hydrated and nourished. A little scrub goes a long way, and although I usually prefer a gritty texture, it certainly delivered on it’s promises.

Available in Full Size (250g – £18.00)

My order contained some amazing items and I was really impressed by both the quality of the products and the ethos of the brand, which certainly makes you feel part of something special. I can’t wait to try more from Made by Coopers, in particular their ‘Hotpod Yoga’ balm and Happy atmosphere spray, which both sound like incredible must-have items.
