I am always on the quest to find great haircare products that are natural, affordable and fantastic quality. I have been really impressed by PHB Ethical Beauty’s skincare and make-up products in the past so couldn’t wait to see if their haircare lived up to the same standards…
I have thick hair which has a tendency to go flat/oily at the roots, so any product which promotes volume is usually beneficial for me. PHB Ethical Beauty’s Volumising Shampoo and Conditioner containing tea tree and lime, among other hair loving ingredients, not only provides ultimate scalp and hair cleansing, but also makes this duo smell amazing!
Volumising Shampoo
The Volumising Shampoo is designed to add volume, boost shine and smooth the hair – and certainly delivers on it’s promises. The SLS and paraben-free shampoo is quite runny in texture, and even though it doesn’t lather too much, it does leave hair feeling clean, fresh and bouncy. For a small travel -sized bottle, a little goes a long way, and the tube has lasted me several washes and isn’t empty yet! It is great to find a natural shampoo that is effective and doesn’t strip the scalp or hair of it’s natural oils or proteins, which leaves hair feeling healthier and full of life. This is definitely a winning product in my eyes and i’ll certainly be repurchasing in full size.
Volumising Conditioner
In a similar way to the shampoo, this conditioner is also designed to boost shine and vitality while also adding volume to the hair. Not only did it wash out really easily, unlike a lot of other conditioners, but it also left my hair feeling moisturised and soft without leaving any greasy residue that weighs the hair down. I love the way this made my hair look and feel, and just like the shampoo, this will be making an appearance on my repurchase list very soon!
My experience with PHB Ethical Beauty just keeps getting better and better, as the quality of their extensive product range keep me coming back for more. I always admire their brand ethos and clean beauty creations which are all cruelty free, vegan and organic (among many other things!). This is certainly a brand which is making its way into my favourites, and I would recommend to seasoned natural beauty fans and novices alike.
