If you’ve been following me over the past year, you’ll know that Narloa is one of my favourite natural skincare brands. Narloa is a London-based artisan skincare brand who pride themselves on creating products which have minimal ingredients, made in small batches, are free-from harsh and synthetic chemicals and are completely cruelty free.

Pink both

They recently launched an array of new products on their website, going from just three products to a range comprising of nine bath, body and facial products targeted at a range of different skin types and concerns. I opted for their Pink Detox Bath Salts and Whipped Shea Mousse as they both sounded perfectly suited to my dry skin and were amazingly good value for money…
Pink Detox Bath Salts

Bath salts have to be my favourite bath time treat and the Pink Detox salts from Narloa are certainly no exception. With a blend of organic ingredients including Himalayan pink salt, natural dead sea salts, dried rose petals, ylang ylang and bergamot, they not only stimulate circulation, soften skin and soothe aches and pains, but they’re also a treat for the senses. The uplifting feminine fragrance is sweet yet not too overpowering, and I feel there is a good petal to salt ratio in the blend itself. These are among my favourite bath salts and will certainly be repurchased very soon.

Whipped Shea Mousse

As someone with a dry skin type, shea butter is certainly a firm favourite when it comes to body moisturisers and Narloa’s Whipped Shea Mousse sounded like the ideal product for me. This whipped and fluffy raw shea butter formula also contains skin loving ingredients such as safflower, rice bran oils, vitamin e and arrowroot to hydrate, lock-in moisture, firm, protect and nourish even the most dull and dry skin. It has a subtle scent which has the natural nuttiness of shea butter, along with a blend of essential oils including orange, cedar wood, ho wood, ylang ylang, patchouli and lime, which maintains a light and natural scent which doesn’t leave a strong fragrance on the skin. The mousse is light and absorbs into the skin nicely without leaving it feeling greasy, and my skin felt soft and smooth all day. It’s even helped with patches of dry eczema of my arms, and appears to have reduced some of my old scarring too. A little product goes a long way and it’sgreat value for money – and is certainly a keeper.

As with the other products I’ve tried from Narloa, I haven’t been disappointed with the quality and performance of these beauty goodies. The customer service, like the products themselves, is always exceptional and I am most certainly a Narloa fan.

Have you tried any of their products yet? If not, head over to their website to browse the full range.

Take care,

Emma @ Beauty Folio x
